Delivery and Refunds
DELIVERY POLICY
I need 3 days minimum notice to prepare and deliver your order. There are delivery charges applicable to your order depending on distance. Delivery is available in Brighton and Hove and other areas within 35 minutes radius.
Delivery rates:
Brighton and Hove within 15 min Radius £3.50
Outside Brighton and Hove 15-20 min Radius £5
Outside Brighton and Hove 20-35 min Radius £7
I am not responsible for any damage to any goods after delivery.
REFUND POLICY
1. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any balance due must be paid by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.
2.The date of your final payment for a CAKE or any other custom order is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavours.. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
3. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to notify me 48 hours in advance. In this case, I can fulfil your order at any other opportunity that suits you.

My products may contain milk, eggs and might come into contact with, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
